Episode 33: Greg Frucci

Greg Frucci spent seventeen days alone in the Atlantic Ocean during Hurricane season on a thirty foot sailboat and sailed into a developing tropical system as a “novice” sailor on a boat not designed to do that.

“So what?”

That single event changed everything about who he thought he was into a knowing of who and what he is. Given the massive transformational events of the sailing adventure, he now lives life in ways he only dreamed of before taking to the sea.

Greg’s “healing modality” is storytelling. As an author and a speaker, he serves the world by telling the stories of his challenging adventures in a way that directly helps you overcome the obstacles you face.

As you process our conversation, perhaps enjoy this video shot by me while on the solo sailing adventure in the Atlantic Ocean during 2011, which came up during the conversation with Nathan. Pablo A. Medoza’s music is used by permission.

I too would love to know your insights from the conversation between Nathan and I. He pulled some things out of me which I didn’t know would come up. The dude is good at that. 🙂
