🏔 This photo was taken around 8am, 15,000ft in 🏔 This photo was taken around 8am, 15,000ft in the Andes after a night from hell... 🏕 Cold and shivering, we lay in our sleeping bags, fully clothed. I had a shooting pain down the back of my head and into my neck from the altitude sickness. My stomach was churning. My fingers and toes were freezing and the tent was on a 10deg down slope.

I felt pain.
You must figure out exactly who you’re serving i You must figure out exactly who you’re serving in your business, even if it feels like you’re missing out on other opportunities...

I posted on my personal FB page yesterday that I’d be going through a tough time lately and was so humbled by the amount of support I received.

Here are the 5 things you can do, right now if you’re struggling with something in your life. Number four helped me so much.
.
1. Sit with the feelings of pain and discomfort. This is the last thing we wanna do. We want to react, runaway, drink, do drugs, have sex, binge on Netflix. Anything but feel the pain of what we’re going through. Change that. Choose to sit in silence with the pain. Journal on it. Allow it to move through you.
.
2. Get some small wins under your belt. Try getting up early every day for a week. Trying walking or running a mile in the morning. It will give you a sense of control and self confidence.
.
3. Ask for help. There are a ton of people in your life that love you and would be honoured to support you. Reach out. It’s the last thing we feel like doing but it will remind you that you’re truly not alone.
.
4. Get grateful. Even when things aren’t going the way we would’ve liked, there’s a ton of things in life to be grateful for. Write them down. Remind yourself that it’s not all bad.
.
5. Remember that I’m here and I love you just for you, no matter what’s going in your life or what you think of yourself, I see you the light and love inside of you. We’re all in this together.
“Your employees don’t care about your profits”. Agree or disagree?

• What your most important role is as CEO/Founder
• and of course, Brad’s dark side.
